The Limesurvey “Rich Text Question” plugin allows survey administrators to add a “Rich Text” question to capture formatted text responses.
The plugin offers the following rich text features:

As an additional option, the plugin offers the possibility to save the rich text answer as a separate file in the server, in which case, the name of the saved file is recorded in the Limesurvey response.
