How do I know how many survey items my requests will take?cpressUpon receiving the support request and diagnosing the situation we will let you know the complexity of it and how many support items does it take . Although we are not strict on it, a support item has also a maximum support time of 40 mins.

Can I carry over non-used support items from a month to the next one?cpressOn the Extended and Support plans you can move over up to 30% of your reminding support items to the next month. Support items from a given month can only be moved to the immediate next month.
Can I use in advance support items from the coming month?cpressOn the Extended and Support plans you can use in advance up to 30% of your immediate coming month support items, subject to Encuesta.Biz approval and availability.
