How do I know how many survey items my requests will take?
Survey items can be counted by yourself. You just need to identify the different elements in your survey. Upon receiving the request, we will review it and let you know how many survey items we identified ourselves. For complex or large surveys we suggest to use "Encuesta.Biz Survey Request" template for listing the elements of the survey. This will allow a clear understanding of what should be built.
Do you use any methdology for Survey Building?
We have developed our own methodology for driving the survey building process and making it flexible. It involves a staged process with iterations, key documents, fluent communications and continuous feedback and reviews from the customer.
What are the deliverables I would get?
After the survey is built you will get: - Survey Specifications Document (Question Logic File) - LSS file with the survey to be imported. - ZIP file with the branded theme. - Document with suggested enhancements - Roadmap for Next Steps - Test Document - Support for Installing the Survey in your Environment - Support for Launching the Survey
How do I get started?
We like fluent communications. As that, just sent us an email including a description of the survey that you want us to build. If you have a draft document of the survey, please attach it. The more detailed the description, the more accurate the estimate will be. We will reply back telling you which is the best plan for you. If we need to chat or have a call we can use skype, google meet or zoom. We don't do 24/7 customer service. Still, we usually will reply back in couple of hours.
How long should I expect since I send the survey request until Encuesta.Biz starts working on it?
After we analyze the survey, we will agree on working plan that considers both your priorities and our availability. We don't provide 24/7 customer service. Still, we usually will reply back in couple of hours. Our location give us the opportunity to share in between 4~6 hours with Europe and almost all day with America.
Do you provide custom development?

Can I move in between plans?
We try to keep flexible when it comes to user requirements. We also understand plans can be changed. If something needs to be changed we will do our best to meet the new requirements with the least impact possible.
What is Basic Branding referring to?
Basic branding refers to applying your company's logo and colors to the Limesurvey theme as to match your corporate image. As per experience the customers usually require changing up to 4 colors, which could be defined as follows: - Header Color (or Navigation Bar color) - Main Color - Secondary Color - Hover Color for Main and Secondary Color
What does "Basic Email Templates" refers to?
Basic Email Templates refers to setting up the invitation, reminder and confirmation emails in Limesurvey, using a Rich Text Format. HTML emails are supported on Limesurvey. Still their design is not included in the service. If the sources are provided, they will be set up and used as given.
